Bio OF Siyabonga “Cam” Msezane

Birth name Siyabonga Msezane, born in 1987 April 07, Stage name Used to be known as Camsnash but decided to lose Snash from his name and currently he’s known as Cam and on Facebook he’s Siya Cam Msezane. A proudly South African rapper from the East of Johannesburg Township by the name of Tembisa. This young man is motivated and eager to take over the local music scene. With music fashioned from emotions of his own hard life, the hardships challenging the youth of South Africa, the progression of our beautiful colourful Mzansi.

Currently he’s in studio working on his 2nd album titled “Kairos”, which features his crew AJ Cam, TomyV, Paragon, Cecelia (DJ Christos sekele vocalist), JBee Forest, Siphosethu Sihlangu, Abuti and his group B4M the list is endless.

Both his classical songs Quantum and Thula Thula made buzz on the streets and launched his solo career. More is yet to come out from this extraordinary artist who is not only on the road to stardom but journey that will see him living a dream, an audio-visual dream for that matter.

A larger audience received debut single Jikelele from his group Born For The Mic, this was through the radio stations like Ikwekwezi FM and Ukhozi FM being the first to play the song. They also managed to achieve radio interviews with radio stations such as Eyethu Fm and other local community radio stations as well as articles in the local newspapers (Daily sun, Tembisan and Tembisa News). Cam wishes to achieve more on his solo career.

He also gained a massive platform in public performances for local events such as centenary torch for ANC in Tembisa Rabasotho Hall and other public events namely, Gala dinners, Amavinkinkivonko Charity events, AFM night of glitz and glamour, Business seminars, Beauty Pageants, Churches, Moses Molelekwa Arts Centre, Moriting park, Omunye Phezu komunye and Mandacosia event in Kwagga Fontein, Guby`s pub in Mpumalanga, Swaziland, Mozambique, Lesotho(Maseru club the fistos, Club 4forty, Kasi kota and Mapotsoe purple haze lounge) and other various events. That assisted him to attain experience and enormous exposure as performing artists.
