Ferno SA – Myself is now on Radio
My name is Ferno Sa, and I was born in the beautiful Eastern Cape of South Africa. Growing up in the vibrant community of Woodlands, I discovered my passion for music at a young age. At just 10 years old, I started my rap career, inspired by the rhythms and rhymes that filled my neighborhood.
Tragedy struck in 2016 when I lost my beloved mother. I was forced to move to Oudebosch farm, where I began living with my maternal grandparents. Despite the challenges, I found solace in music and rugby, which became my escape and my passion.
As a grade 9 learner, I balance my academic pursuits with my music career, which has been gaining momentum. I’m proud to be signed to Divine Treey Records, and I released my debut EP on May 6th, 2024. It’s a dream come true to share my music with the world.
Interestingly, Ferno Sa wasn’t always my stage name. I experimented with a few names before finding the one that best represents me and my art. Now, I’m proud to be known as Ferno Sa, a name that reflects my journey and my passion for music.
